Lazy to do the django erd/uml for your models ? there is a tool for you
There is the graph models extension so you don't need to work out too much ;)

Thanks for pointing out this tool. I had collected a list of "UML tools" for python (http://modeling-languages.com/content/uml-tools#python) but I was not aware of this one
