all i wanted was an small ant : word processor I don't need an monolith in my word processor . OOo is very slow on my athlon64 2800+! and it stays a few loooooong seconds before is launched and that with a brand new S-ata drive (60Mb/s transfer rate) Don't want to think how is working on laptops. Let's not start talking about Un-Impress For reading xls files i use gnumeric and is very fast for that , Ugly/Borken but Faast I just wan't to read some prices , Don't need all the graphs or macros , or whatever is loading in background
