installing windmill is easy in ubuntu

$ wget http://peak.telecommunity.com/dist/ez_setup.py
$ sudo python ez_setup.py
$ sudo easy_install windmill
$ windmill shell firefox http://www.google.com

you can start record the test and after that do play

also you can save the source for python test to modify it later
