but in my case I have modified a little bit :
-one onion
-some garlic
-300-400g of meat
-one pack of spaghetti barilla
-dolmio or any tomato sauce would do
-chili (piper cayenne)
-celery
-parsley
-paprika
-basil
-lovage
The mixing and the process is the same so i will quote him
You need some ground meat (pork or beef I like the mixed), an onion, some garlic and tomato sauce. First you need to chop the onion and put it the pot with some olive oil for a few minutes. Then put the meat in the pot and stir until the meat turns brow. At this point you can season the food with the garlic, some chili, salt & pepper, paprika and my favorite spice bay leaves. after the meat got brown you can add the tomato sauce and you can season it with oregano and basil. When the meat is cooked you put it on the cooked spaghetti. Enjoy
Don't put too much paprika it can burn twice (quote from wikipedia)
According to an old Hungarian saying, good paprika burns twice. Paprika contains strong spices, these may cause a burning sensation in the mucuous membranes of the anus.
It can be served with wine , i would love to have some white wine but only got some red one in the fridge
The meat was so good that when tasting if is cooked that i couldn't stop to keep tasting i can say it eats itself
